Friedman Place's first Vision Resource Fair was a success!

The Fair provided an opportunity for people with blindness and vision loss, their friends and families, and community professionals to preview services and products for the visually impaired. Vendors and representatives from the blind community were on hand throughout the morning to provide information about valuable resources and to demonstrate current technology aimed at making it possible to live more independently. In addition, Diabetic Neuropathy Screening was provided courtesy of Hispanocare of Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
