| Friedman Place Receives Community's First Annual Safety Award
Friedman Place was recently awarded the 2008 Safety and Service Award on
behalf of Paul DeStefano, "in thanks for making our business
district a better place."
The 40th Ward Superintendent's office is responsible for essential
city services, snow removal operations, garbage collection, sanitation
code enforcement and the coordination of other related city services.
Beginning this year with Friedman Place, the 40th Ward Superintendent, Paul
DeStefano, will award a certificate of appreciation to the businesses or
organizations in our district that have gone above and beyond in the
maintenance of their locations.
