Talia C. was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. She has recently graduated from the University of Ottawa and is in Chicago with Avodah: the Jewish Service Corps. She is very excited to be working at Friedman Place for a year in the activity department. She plans to eventually pursue a masters in social work and thinks the job will be a great learning experience for a future career in the field. She likes photography, theatre and dancing and hopes to bring those interests to her job. Talia’s looking forward to making Chicago and the Friedman community her new home.
