Friedman residents were entertained today with a visit from over 60 members of Chicago Children’s Choir. Students from grades 3rd through 6th sang an array of holiday songs, including favorites “Joy to the World” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” The Children’s Choir has been a holiday season regular at Friedman Place (previously Kagan) for more than 10 years, and residents look forward to the performance each December.
Chicago Children’s Choir is a multiracial, multicultural choral music education organization and currently serves more than 2,800 children. To learn more about the Choir, visit them online here.
