The Activities Department invited residents to show off their performance skills to determine Friedman's "top talent" as part of a state-wide contest held by the Affordable Assisted Living Coalition.

Our residents have many gifts, and the performances included singing, dancing, acting, and instruments. Congrats to First Place Winner Dave Stewart, who wowed the audience with his original piano score, "Nope", and to Rick Haller, whose sound effects act was Runner-Up. A video of Dave's performance will be submitted to the AALC, and a committee of judges will choose a winner from all the entries across Illinois.
